⚖️ TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable to another participant with written approval

• Final balance is due 30 days before arrival; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable

• Participants are responsible for any damages to the home

• Housekeeping is included 1x/week; additional available on request

• No smoking inside the property. No subletting or overnight guests without permission
